From Turnham Green Tube station (District Line) turn left into Turnham Green Terrace and walk up towards Chiswick High road, the practice is just before the Snappy Snapps shop on the first floor where is the Chiswick Chiropractic clinic. The entrance is from Turnham Green Terrace.

By car 
You can reach Chiswick High road from several directions. 

From the M4 and A4 turn into Devonshire Road from the Hogarth roundabout. Follow Devonshire road to the end into Chiswick High Road. The Clinic is at the end of Turnham Green Terrace.
 
From Acton and Ealing areas follow the North Circular Road A406 towards Chiswick Roundabout and into the A4, from A4 follow the above instructions
 
From Kew and Mortlake follow the A307 or the South Circular road (A205) towards Chiswick roundabout then turn into the A4 from Chiswick roundabout and follow the instructions “From the M4 and A4
